YOUNGLA SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Times

  • Standard: Orders take 1–3 business days to process (excluding weekends).

  • Peak Season: Processing may take up to 5 business days during periods of high demand.

2. Shipping Estimates

  • United States (Standard & Expedited): 6 to 13 business days (depending on the state).

  • Hawaii & Alaska: Up to 30 business days (cannot be expedited).

  • International / International Warehouse Items: 7 to 15 business days.

3. Order Tracking

  • Tracking numbers are sent via shipping confirmation email once dispatched.

4. Holiday & Unexpected Delays

  • Christmas Cutoff: Orders placed after December 1st are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

  • Delays: Customs processing, weather, and external logistics factors may occasionally cause extra delays.
